Fret Gear was inspired by a couple of friends who had a passion for playing guitar and having legendary jam sessions... at least in their own minds!

During one of the late night sessions, they decided to design and create their own guitar brand that had quality products with a vintage vibe. Something different than the traditional guitar brands. Something beginners to professionals would love.

Several years later, Fret Gear was born and the rest is history...

At Fret Gear, we believe in the highest quality products that we, and our customers, can be proud of. If we're not elated about the our initial designs and samples, then we won't use it, and we won't produce it. It's that simple.

We will have several types of accessories for Guitars, Ukuleles, Mandolins, and Banjos such as picks, capos, stands, cases, straps, stools, etc. Not to mention clothing and apparel that everyone can enjoy. 

We're a small business based in the Boston area, are avid show goers, have families, are musicians. We believe in over the top customer support and can help you with any issues you may have.
